1、Why didn’t my photo upload successfully?
Uploads may fail if the image is too small or doesn’t meet format requirements.

Please ensure your photo is at least 512 × 512 pixels in size.

Damaged or low-resolution files can also prevent successful uploads, so try re-saving or re-taking the image before uploading again.
2、Why is my design taking a long time to generate or showing an error?
A slow or unstable internet connection can interrupt the design process, causing delays or errors. Please check your connection and try again. At times of heavy server traffic, design generation may take longer than usual. Waiting a few minutes and resubmitting your request usually resolves the issue.
3、How can I get better design results?
For the most accurate and appealing results, use photos that are bright, sharp, and taken from a straight-on angle. Make sure the entire area you want redesigned is clearly visible and well lit. Avoid tilted or dark images, as they may reduce the output quality.
4、Why does my design appear blurry or low quality?
Our system supports image uploads up to 1024 × 1024 pixels. Blurry or unclear results often occur when the original photo is dark, pixelated, or out of focus. Use a high-resolution image taken in good lighting, ensuring that key areas of your space are clear and centered.
5、Are my photos stored or shared in any way?
No. All images are processed securely and are not stored, shared, or reused after completion. Processing occurs locally on your device or through encrypted servers, ensuring your privacy is always protected. You maintain full control of your content at all times.
